Role & responsibilities

• Accountable for the marketing and sales of La Renons Cardio Diabetic products
• Handle a team of qualified pharma professionals to promote the products and exploring the new business opportunities
• Drives Implementation of the promotional activities
• Team management, achieving and tracking sales targets

• Candidate must be working in a capacity of Regional Sales Manager in current company
• Passionate Go-getter
• Excellent team/ people management skills
• Posses excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Having 10-12 years of managerial experience
• Demonstrates initiative and ready to take challenges
• Demonstrates understanding of current selling environment
• Develops trust, respect, and a working relationship with customers
• Graduate, preferably science/ pharma graduate, management postgraduate
