• Customer Service & Sales:
• Greet and interact with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Promote and upsell spa and salon services and retail products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the spa and salon, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal booking utilization.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and online bookings.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa and salon.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of supplies and products.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Address any operational issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Provide support and guidance to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving spa and salon processes.
