Senior Engineer

• Mission Planning: Design, develop, and implement mission plans for satellite operations, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines.
• Analysis and Simulation: Conduct detailed analyses and simulations of satellite missions, including trajectory analysis, orbital mechanics, and payload performance.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of satellite systems and components for mission readiness.
• Data Interpretation: Analyze mission data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future missions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including mission plans, analysis reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to communicate mission objectives, status, and results.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of mission planning methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of orbital mechanics, satellite systems, mission design, trajectory optimization and analysis tools (e.g., STK, FreeFlyer, GMAT, MATLAB).

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with mission planning software and tools, as well as programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) is a plus.
