Manager - Precast, MPSB

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules for precast operations.
• Coordinate with the project management team to align precast activities with overall project timelines.
• Collaborate with design engineers to review and approve precast designs and shop drawings.

Production Management:

• Supervise the production of precast elements, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage precast yard activities, including casting, curing, and storage of precast units.
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted production.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control program for all precast elements.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Address any non-conformance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Logistics and Installation:

• Plan and oversee the transportation of precast units from the production site to the project site.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure safe and efficient installation of precast components.
• Monitor the installation process to ensure alignment with construction drawings and safety regulations.
