Job Title : Key Account Manager
Qualification : Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical
Experience : 15-20 years
Industry : Mining Industry ( Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers , Graders Cranes )
Location : Andhra Pradesh
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of Engineers /skilled technicians /Contract persons
- Generate Parts & services Business from Customer as per Potential & Budget set by ZM
- Close coordination with customer key persons and build relationship
- Achieve business Deliverables like machine availability , invoicing , outstanding etc.,
- Mentoring & development of Team members
Preferred Skills:
- Good Leadership qualities
- Good product knowledge & able to guide the engineers
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Should have knowledge on financial transactions
- Knowledge on SAP & ICT tools
