Job Description
- Covering Entire MP market for sales of 7T & 10T hydraulic excavators and increasing our market share potential sales lead identification, who will benefit from company products or services and maximize customer s potential in designated regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Meet our existing customers and competition customers, financiers on regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS.
- Guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support.
- Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly.
- Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.
- Identify key customer in the area and ensure all necessary activities- sales, service, parts, training- are completed to nurture and strengthen the relationship.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10-20 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipments like excavator, compactor, loaders etc.
- Candidate should have through knowledge in sales of hydraulic excavators, wheel loader and compactors
- Should be good in communication skill, should have good knowledge about CE Market of Madhya Pradesh.
