Job Description
- Hands on experience of Maintenance for heavy duty machines (CNC/NC or Conventional), like HBM, Gantry milling, Radial drill, CNC lathe and Universal drill machines including 11KV power line and system.
- Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
- Maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressors, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintenance for CNC machines, 11KV power system, Work at height for EOT crane maintenance, Three shift working.
- Very good knowledge and hands on experience in repair and fault analysis of Various AC/DC drives, PLC , Scada etc..
- Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM.
