Job Description
- You should have been responsible to execute large industrial projects civil works as per contract conditions, specifications, and drawings, adhering to cost and schedule
- You should be able to understand Project Scope/Concept and be well versed with project documents such as drawings, plans, etc
- and co-ordinating with the concerns for the strength of the grade as per requirements
- Adept at preparing feasibility studies, you should be able to draw out, plan and monitor progress of the project
- You should be able to prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports, evaluate them as per the planned schedule, ensuring Safety and Quality of the project with utmost priority
- You should be good at dealing with clients/sub-contracts and other stake holders to ensure smooth execution of the project as per the schedule timelines
