Job Description
- Activities related to Civil projects and maintenance, which includes the following
- Supervising and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Follow procedure and practices for regular civil maintenance activities .
- Conduct evaluation of contractors and interact with vendor to ensure timely completion of Projects and Maintenance contracts .
- Validate costing and invoices of contractors and vendors.
- Periodically monitor and report maintenance progress, Budget and records .
- Coordinate with functional groups for Project and support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.
