Job Description
- The candidate should have knowledge of Mechanical Testing i.e. Tensile, Impact , Macro, Bend, Hardness, FAT etc.
- Candidate should be knowledgeable in operating the relevant testing machines as above.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Procedure Qualification Record, Welder Qualification, Material Test Coupon, Consumable Qualification for testing.
- Candidate should be able to prepare reports for test performed with ASME ASTM standards.
- Candidate should have good computer literacy (incl ERP, MS Office).
- Candidate is also expected to have good communication and interpersonal skills, in order to deal with customer reps.
- Candidate has knowledge regarding TPM of machines and will be responsible to hold various TPM audits, NABL audits, ISO audits
- Candidate is expected to keep records of calibration data of all machines and should coordinate for calibration of machines.
- Candidate should prepared Project monitoring sheet and tracking of project progress w.r.t. scope, time, cost.
- Proficient in supervising project from beginning to end and ensuring project completion within time.
