Job Description
- Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage geotechnical and geological analyses, manage staff and supporting sub-consultants , conduct research, perform preliminary geological reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies, review testing results, and develop design recommendations
- Essential Skills and Knowledge: Minimum experience in Geotechnical field for 33 after Graduation or 31 years after post-graduation in Geotechnical Engineering Well versed with all geotechnical designs and shall be capable of handling complex projects and complex rectification works
- Well versed with Techno-commercial aspects along with actual implementation process of all geotechnical solutions Well acquainted with RE wall designs and shall be capable of providing solutions for rectification works in RE walls
- Good knowledge of ground improvement techniques and its applicability Knowledge / understanding of bid / tender documents
- Awareness of interface management Enthusiastic and energetic Good knowledge of Indian Standards, IRC guidelines, International Standards and practices
- Other Skills: Project management Resource Management Cost Management Cost vs Time effectiveness Adaptability
- Emotional intelligence Analytical skills Crucial Conversation Skill Qualifications: Minimum University degree and preferable is PG with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
