Job Description
Key skills and Job Expectations :
- Proficient in SAP, including sales order creation, customer code creation, purchase requisition creation, and report generation.
- Willing to visit the shop floor to discuss project status and address any shortcomings.
- Open to occasional travel to sites/customer/ vendors for interactions related to PMG/Marketing
- Understanding of project sales and invoicing processes.
- Ability to prepare pricing sheets and quotations for customer proposals.
- Skilled in coordination with customers Domestic and International
- Effective stake holder communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and completion.
- Previous experience in business development or marketing (shall be more preferable)
- Assisted in handling around 500 Cr Project or equivalent.
Techno-Commercial:
- Knowledgeable about Turbine and Generator manufacturing for power plants and knowledge about the basic construction of the product.
- Familiar with project management and marketing functions.
- Understanding of project financials, including project commercials, budgeting, and invoicing fundamentals.
Behavioural traits :
- Extroverted and dedicated.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Open to continuous learning.
- Organized and systematic in approach.
Software Skills ( Proficiency level out of 5) :
- Microsoft Word and Power point presentation (3 of 5)
- Email communication - (4 of 5)
- SAP (4 of 5) - basic knowledge of PP module
