Budget & Cost Control
Develop and manage annual budgets for Admin & Security Dept inclusive of CAPEX & OPEX.
Ensure all controls are in place to manage costs within budget.
Analyzing & tracking of budget to reduce cost.
Record and monitor the usage and analyze the efficiency levels of the administrative costs.
Demonstration of Cost Leadership.
Process Control
To streamline and maintain SOPs/Process documents for all processes in Administration &Security to ensure efficient service delivery at the plant and to ensure they are in line with corporate admin processes. Developing & review adminstrative SLA's & ensure it is implemented
Administrative & Facility Management
Ensuring maintenance of facilities including infrastructure, HVAC, and buildings. Ensuring maintenance of facilities including infrastructure, HVAC, and buildings.
Negotiating & finalizing service agreements with reliable contractors for the execution of servicing works as per budgeted parameters in coordination with Indirect Purchases (Office stationaries, canteen, pantry, Security, and facility vendor etc) .
Responsible for handling Facility/ Security Contract manpower and their compensation following applicable labour laws.
Responsible for ensuring good standards of Housekeeping in the plant.
Ensure all telecommunication devices are always in working condition.
Develop a list & liaison with empanelled vendors for procurement of various items & services and regularly review & update the same.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Horticulture, Waste Management, Scrap Management, floral arrangement, Sanitization, Fogging & Pest Control.
Guest House Management, Renovation & Maintenance, look after all the Facilities provided to Guest.

Canteen / Cafeteria Administration, facilities related to canteen infrastructure & Maintain Hygiene: - Responsible for Travel desk operations; employees and guests visiting/ travelling from & to the site.
Responsible for ensuring ground transportation & stay arrangements for all employees and guests visiting/ travelling from & to the site.
Negotiating with the hotels to avail of best tariff plans across locations in coordination with the purchase team.
Ensure timely payments to service providers & resolving disputes about payment & services
