Job Description
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement detailed erection plans and schedules in coordination with the project team.
- Allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project milestones.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Technical Oversight:
- Ensure that all erection activities comply with engineering specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of erection crews, subcontractors, and other personnel.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and progress.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the integrity and accuracy of the erection work.
- Address any defects or non-conformities promptly and effectively.
- Safety Management:
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and protocols to protect workers and the public.
- Conduct safety briefings, drills, and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses
