Job Description
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules for precast operations.
- Coordinate with the project management team to align precast activities with overall project timelines.
- Collaborate with design engineers to review and approve precast designs and shop drawings.
- Production Management:
- Supervise the production of precast elements, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage precast yard activities, including casting, curing, and storage of precast units.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted production.
- Quality Assurance and Control:
- Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control program for all precast elements.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Address any non-conformance issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Logistics and Installation:
- Plan and oversee the transportation of precast units from the production site to the project site.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure safe and efficient installation of precast components.
- Monitor the installation process to ensure alignment with construction drawings and safety regulations.
