Planning Manager

• Knowledge of planning / scheduling methods and procedures specifically related to project works
• Ability to execute project planning, scheduling and monitoring for construction projects
• Working skills in Primavera, MS Office and Power BI
• Activity Scheduling, Resource Scheduling, Manpower Scheduling
• Preparation of Detailed Plan (as per WBS)
• Progress monitoring & reporting Predictive analysis and liquidity forecasting-Preparation of L1, L2 & L3 Schedule
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction management, project planning / scheduling, cost control techniques
• Expertise in Data Analytics skills
• Awareness of Power Plant Operations and Understanding of Boilers Design, Construction, Manufacturing

Project Planning

• Formulate Work Breakdown Structure for the project
• Collect all inputs related to project plan preparation (time per activity, inter linkage, sequencing) by areas from respective managers on Project Task Force and prepare the base plan at L1, L2 and L3 level.
• Analyse & present impact of various scenarios on overall project schedule & critical path during the integrated project planning meeting

Project monitoring and reporting

• Identify critical path and critical tasks in the schedule and continuously monitor the critical tasks.
• Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a regular basis.
