Job Description
- Knowledge of turbine rotating and stationary blades including 3d modelling of blades in cad unigraphics software
- 3d modelling of rotating and stationary blades of hp, ip and lp turbines
- 2d drawings of turbine bearings, design of bearings, project coordination from design for thermal nd hydro projects
- Should have capability of reverse engineering in turbine and generators at site
- Should have knowledge of various softwares like unigraphics, autocad, polyworks, ansys, solid edge for various design activities
- Knowledge about design of bearings for balancing at lmtg
- Knowledge of thermal insulation of turbines, selection of material of insulation for different ambient temperatures and different steam temperatures
- Knowledge about accoustic enclosure of turbines, knowledge of insulation plates, and design of plates
