BRANCH MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

1. Branch Operations Management :

   • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
   • Implement and enforce company policies and operational standards.
   • Monitor branch inventory, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good condition.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth :

   • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
   • Identify business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
   • Lead the team in promoting products and services to maximize revenue.

3. Team Leadership :

   • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
   • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and address underperformance.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Customer Relationship Management :

   • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

5. Financial Oversight :

   • Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
   • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Compliance and Risk Management :

   • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
   • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

7. Reporting and Coordination :

   • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales, and operations.
   • Collaborate with regional teams and other branches to align on business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
