Providing legal advice: The Legal Officer provides legal advice and support to management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues. 2. Drafting legal documents: The Legal Officer drafts legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, ensuring that they are legally sound and protect the interests of the organization. 3. Ensuring regulatory compliance: The Legal Officer ensures that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as employment law, health and safety regulations, and data protection legislation. 4. Developing policies and procedures: The Legal Officer develops and reviews policies and procedures to ensure that they comply with legal requirements and best practices. 5.
