- Oversee and manage the operations of the branch, ensuring seamless workflow and compliance with regulatory norms
- Drive business growth by sourcing and processing Loan Against Property (LAP) applications, ensuring adherence to credit policies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets, focusing on customer acquisition and portfolio quality
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, customers, and financial institutions
- Monitor and manage the branch's loan portfolio, ensuring timely disbursements, repayments, and minimal delinquency
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and risk mitigation
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and plans
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing grievances promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Maintain strict compliance with internal audit guidelines and regulatory requirements to safeguard organizational interests
