Responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone, email
Generate leads, build relationships with potential and existing customer
Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all for internal communication
Responsible for making cold calls, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
Answer basic technical questions during these calls and own the customer till hand-over to the relevant sales member.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
