Job Title: AVP/Sr. Manager Operations.
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East).
Job Mode: Onsite.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an AVP of Operations to lead and manage the Mid-Ops team.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:.
- Leading and managing the Mid-Ops team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on high-quality delivery.
- Coordinating with BSE, AMCs, RTAs, and FD Issuers to resolve queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Handling L2 level client escalations, collaborating with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues from start to finish.
- Ensuring a zero-defect approach in client servicing and operations management, guaranteeing a smooth client experience.
- Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging technology to optimize operational efficiency.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Assisting the team in creating templates for effective client communication in various forms (oral, written, etc.
- Facilitating team-building activities, including hiring, training, and conducting inductions for new team members.
- Collaborating with product teams to design and conceptualize new features, offering strategic inputs and feedback to Product & Tech teams for new business and product launches.
- Managing internal, external, and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with all operational requirements, and maintaining necessary business dashboards.
- Identifying training and process gaps, conducting performance appraisals for the Mid-Ops team, and creating personalized career roadmaps for each team member.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in the Fintech or Financial sector (preferably in AMC/Mutual Fund background).
- Post Graduate/Graduate degree (preferably in Finance).
- Strong understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to review and understand product and process documentation.
- Strong people management skills.
