UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Associate, you will help in design and implementation of user experience

across various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user

feedback.

• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and

attractive user interfaces.

• Designing UI elements that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design

in order to enhance user experience

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g. responsiveness).
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields. Conduct layout adjustments

based on user feedback.

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with a directed focus on

UX design, UI design, web design, graphic design or equivalent relevant area.

• 0-1 years of experience
• Proven portfolio of design projects.
• Exposure across UI/UX design tools - Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq,

InVision, Sketch, Whimsical, Visio.

• Attention to detail
• Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition and visual layouts.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge on HTML & CSS for basic UI designs.
• Ability to learn other software programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
