Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for corporate hiring positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate recruitment or niche hiring with expertise in leadership hiring, lateral hiring, non-IT recruitment, talent acquisition and talent sourcing.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution in any specialization.
