Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Accounts Dealer Operations to oversee the financial activities of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive dealership accounting, financial planning, and team leadership. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize financial processes to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal audit processes.
• Manage inventory accounting and monitor vehicle stock levels.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Handle dealer management systems (DMS) and ensure accurate data recording.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to optimize financial performance.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Report financial performance to senior management and provide strategic insights.
