- Techno commercial support to ASC & their aftermarket sales engineer.
- Make a yearly business plan for assigned ASC and ensure they are achieving it on monthly basis.
- Identify new business potential area and Appoint ASC s & achieve yearly targets.
- Conduct Jobs on hand training to ASC/Dealers technician.
- Handle disputed techno-commercial complaints.
- Interact with Zonal offices.
- Improve ASC working quality & control entire ASC activities including audit.
- Improve existing ASC category and take them to next level.
- Settlement of ASC s/ Dealers warranty claims related to Spare supply.
Diploma or BE/B.Tech.- Mechanical with 4 - 7 years experience in similar job profile.
