HR - Intern

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
