Customer Support - Voice

Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound/outbound calls Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure satisfaction Make outgoing calls to students for follow-ups and reminders Maintain accurate records Assist with general office tasks as needed

Requirements: Graduate Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s) Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or relevant experience preferred
