Job Description :-

Field Recruitment

• Conduct field recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in person.
• Travel to different sites or locations to meet with prospective candidates and evaluate their qualifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to attract talent.

Adherence of established process of recruitment

• Coordinate with business heads to identify staffing needs.
• Sourcing candidates from the best possible recruitment methods and techniques in accordance with recruitment process
• Plan and conduct the interviews
• Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with the established process
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Joining of selected candidates within the agreed timeline

• Closing the position within given TAT.
• Coordinate with respective functional heads and candidates for timely deployment and tracking of new recruits.

Readiness of updated database of potential candidates

• Periodically refine and update database of potential candidates for future reference.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Improvement in proficiency for communication and people handling.

• Seek inputs from reporting authority, colleagues and seniors for improvement in communication and people handling skills.
• Carry out self- introspection periodically to identify improvement areas and prepare appropriate road map.
