Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager for primarily OEM sales to join our team in the bicycle tyre division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving OEM sales growth by leveraging their existing experience in the industry and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with OEM customers in the bicycle tyre segment.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the existing customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Ensure effective communication and regular follow-ups with clients to address their requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
Working technical knowledge about bicycles and it's components.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in the bicycle industry.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment
Candidates with experience working at bicycle tyre and parts industries handling OEM clients are preferred.
