Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive organizational change management strategies and plans tailored to the client s SAP implementations needs.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Develop training programs and materials to support the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, using feedback and metrics to measure success and make adjustments as needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on change strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in IT consulting or similar industries is an asset.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or other technology transformation projects.
