Role & responsibilities
1. Drive the business in line with the company's objectives
2. Overall responsibility for setting and realizing partner sales targets for both domestic and international markets, including:Taking full ownership of a sales plano Identifying, qualifying, managing partners, and closing win-win sales opportunities across the regions.
3. Forecast revenue accurately by determining market insights, growth, opportunity, in the assigned partner network
4. Responsible to design incentive and programs across various channel, classification in concurrence with regional strategy.,
5. Ensure smooth partner onboarding process, compliance, governance and, control on a defined frequency.
6. Maintain relationship with partners and ensure partner ROI for long, term relationship,
7. Participate in tradeshows, webinars, product seminars, industry events to identify nee partners and deepen the relationships of existing partnerships
8. Support direct sales team wherever required
Preferred candidate profile
This is a senior-level sales position which is responsible for international sales growth through direct efforts and management of staff and independent representatives.•
Extensive experience in establishing and managing partnerships for licensing and services.•
High energy, great people skills, honesty and integrity.
Excellent convincing and negotiating skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem solving capabilities.
