Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by implementing effective safety measures.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  
• Oversee the performance of contractors and vendors engaged in maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance management.
  
• M.Tech Electrical degree from a recognized university.
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, PLC programming, SCADA systems, SAPs software applications.
