Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Has experience in payroll processing for 5,000 to 6,000 employees.

Maintain payroll records, including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and leave encashment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Handle payroll software, generate reports, and reconcile payroll discrepancies.

Coordinate with the HR and Finance teams for employee salary revisions, benefits, and final settlements.

Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure proper deductions of income tax, professional tax, and other statutory levies.

Process and manage employee reimbursements, incentives, and performance-based bonuses.

Generate and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports to management.

Assist in payroll audits and ensure documentation is up to date.

Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and labour laws to ensure compliance.
