Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to work within a dynamic environment and as part of the Client Service Operations (CSO) team.

• The BA will be tasked with independently assessing the current process, identifying opportunities for automation and developing solutions in collaboration with the delivery and technology teams.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring the CSO team embarks on the journey of continuous improvement and exceeds its goal of automation repeatable, labor intensive processes within delivery.
• An ideal BA possesses proficiency in comprehending business processes and requirements and translating them into detailed solutions for potential automation.
• It requires proactive communication with practitioners, delivery teams and developers to ensure timely and accurate information flow across multiple project stakeholders.
• The role demands managing multiple priorities in a calm and efficient manner, documenting and analyzing requirements, and understanding the technical trade-offs that have business impact, effectively communicating these to clients.
• Furthermore, it entails collaborating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements such as GUI, screen, and interface designs, acting as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams..

• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and automation solutions..
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their needs are understood and addressed, and to secure buy-in for process improvements and automation initiatives..
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and changes to ensure transparency and traceability..
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis and process re-engineering methodologies..
• Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully.
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
• Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
• Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to user behavior.
• Consult with the delivery team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry.

• A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in processes and standards related to data, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience..
• Proficient with data engineering fundamentals including data extraction, transformation and load using databases with large data volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to obtaining outstanding results, delivering high quality work with a client centric mindset.
• Significant experience in the design, development, and review of complex SQL and Python scripts.
• Demonstratable technical experience with some of the following:.
