Hiring Assistant Manager Quality & Assurance at Altrus Healthcare

Role & responsibilities

1. Interpretation and implementation of quality assurance initiatives as per JCI/NABH standards in hospital and to ensure delivery of quality care to patients.

2. Development and implementation of departmental policies and Procedures, as per JCI/NABH norms.

3. To ensure compliance and continual improvement of Quality indicators by undertaking surprise audits and mock surveys.

4. Work as a team to co-ordinate and provide consistency to the quality initiatives

5 . Review all departmental manuals to ensure that they are in line with the requirements

6. Ensure all emergency code plans are in place, effective training done and followed by conduct of periodic mock drills.

7.Ensure effective data collection (including Quality Indicators), analysis and corrective actions.

8.Ensure audit process for all areas on a continuous basis.

9. Can Independent handle NABH documentation, audit and online application.

10. Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management.
