Assistant Manager/Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Gap Analysis for Healthcare Accreditation
2. Implementation of Policies/Protocols for accreditation.
3. Internal Quality Audit and closure of the audit findings.
4. To implement, collect data, and prepare monthly report on Quality Indicators
5. Participate in quality improvement activities.
6. To co drive Continuous Quality Improvement.
7. To coordinate quality training of the staff.
8. To coordinate conduct of center level committee meeting & closure of action points
9. To coordinate mock drills at the center and closure of observations.
10. To coordinate service excellence activities at the center.
11. To ensure proper measurement of patient satisfaction & its improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification Graduate in Clinical/ Medical Background i.e., (BDS/BHMS/BAMS/Nursing/Physiotherapy), MBA In hospital & healthcare management

Experience – 6 - 8 Yrs. experience in core Quality, have faced JCI/ NABH Accreditation in multi-specialty hospital.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards as per NABH Guidelines
• Good communication Skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
