5. Reside nearby KLR (Preferred within 20 KM)

Technical Requirements:

6. Must have an experience of Recruitment Processes

7. Must have experience of Education & Training process.

8. Must have experience of VSA Audits, ISO & IATF Audit.

Job Profile:

1. Good exposure in staff hiring process, job posting, screening, interview & selection

2. Exposure of OET/CMP hiring, campus coordination & campus drive.

3. Staff Training execution and maintain training records.

4. Employee engagement & staff welfare activities.

5. Joining & Post joining formalities of Employees.

6. Regular P&A activities and Grievances handling.

7. HR MIS & Reports.

8. Maintain statutory compliances.

9. Drive the suggestion/kaizen/Improvement activity in plant.

10. General Administration like maintain 5S, horticulture, canteen & uniform.

Software Courses-

1. Good typing & documentation skill, Strong in MS Excel & PPT presentation
