Executive Assistant To Director

Role & responsibilities

• Managing schedules: Managing the civil director's calendar, agendas, and email
• Handling communications: Managing emails, and handling other communications
• Planning travel: Making travel arrangements and accommodations
• Organizing meetings: Setting up meetings and preparing meeting minutes
• Handling paperwork: Managing the director's paperwork
• Information Gathering: Gathering information from all projects and maintain the information as per the requirements
• Preparing reports: Prepare reports and organizing documents, MIS Reports, PPT Presentations
• Handling confidential information: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with all materials

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience in working as Executive Assistant / personal assistant

* Languages: Telugu, English, Hindi (Should be fluent in all 3, Mandatory)
