Position Overview: To provide day-to-day front desk and administrative support smooth functioning of office work.

Job description: -

• Managing the incoming calls and transferring to the concerned member.
• Greeting and Welcoming Clients.
• Arranging & Booking Meeting with Clients & Vendors.
• Coordinating with Office attendants & peons for the administration activity and maintaining their daily roasters.
• Maintaining Stationery Stock.
• Making MIS report daily - Admin, Facility, Marketing, and sales
• Maintenance of Inward and Outward Courier / registers
• Maintain Stationery records.
• Updating the visitors information in registers.
• Vendor Management & Coordination for all maintenance work and AMCs
• Monitoring the housekeeping.
• Managing First-AID Box.
• Strong and proper coordination with all the offices and ensure to get the work done.
• Inward & Outward of all mails.
• Arrangements of Meetings with concern Department and conference bookings
• General Administrative work.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be soft-spoken, have a professional personal presentation, a pleasant personality, and have good communication skills.
• Strong Coordination & Follow Up Skill.
• Maintaining calendars.
• Good Computer Knowledge & mail Drafting skills.
• Should be a Tech-Savvy.
• Support in the areas of administration.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
