Senior Manager (Finance and Accounts)

KRISHAK BHARATI COOPERATIVE LIMITED (KRIBHCO), a multi-state cooperative organization with its operations on PAN India and international basis, invites application from the Indian Citizen eligible candidates for the post of Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) in grade 'F' in the pay scale of Rs. 93,000/- - Rs. 2,30,000/- with DA and perks on Basic Pay along with proper career growth. Other allowances/facilities like CPF, Group Gratuity, Group Life Insurance and Pension, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members and Housing, Conveyance and Computer Loan and Education Loan for children, etc. are also provided.

Details of Qualification, Experience & Age for the above post are as follows:

• Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Fin.) full time / 2 years full time PGDBM (Fin.). PGDBM should be 2 years full time recognized as MBA by UGC/ AICTE.
• Experience: Minimum 15 Years for Grade F (post-qualification) as on 31st January 2025 in Finance & Accounts department of a large scale continuously operating process industry preferably from fertilizers, petrochemicals, refinery, power, steel and metals etc.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years for Grade F as on 31st January 2025
• Location: KRIBHCO Plant, Surat
• Mode of selection: Personal Interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for supporting financial management in Plant in accordance with Corporate policies, statutory requirements, accounting principles and prescribed procedures.

2. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and ensure timely conduct of Internal and External Audits.

3. Concur proposals for procurement of materials, works contract and services etc.

4. Compliance to various laws and acts such as Income Tax, GST, Custom Duty, MSCS Act, etc in work area assigned

5. Timely preparation of MIS and status updates, for circulation to the management and other authorities, as required for the work area assigned.

6. Preparation of annual budget/ business plan and inputs for budget/business plan.

7. Working Capital Management.

Knowledge of working in SAP environment.
