Experience Level : 4 to 9 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented Oracle APEX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, high-performing, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle APEX.

- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

- Design and maintain interactive reports, charts, and dashboards within Oracle APEX.

- Ensure application security and best practices for data management and integrity.

- Work with relational databases, particularly Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).

- Create and optimize SQL queries and database objects.

- Develop and maintain RESTful web services for integration with external systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and understand requirements.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability.

- Support and maintain existing Oracle APEX applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Oracle APEX development (APEX 18.x, 19.x, 20.x, or later).

- Proficiency in PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

- Experience with Oracle SQL and database design.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end customization.

- Familiarity with RESTful services and JSON for application integration.

- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration basics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and APEX hosting.

- Familiarity with Version Control Systems (Git, SVN).

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Exposure to Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
