Job Description :

We at Fusion Practices are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 5+ years of experience and a strong background in Oracle APEX development. The ideal candidate should have experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to enable seamless integration with external applications.

- Work with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

- Build and enhance Oracle APEX applications, including page design, interactive reports, charts, and dashboards.

- Leverage APEX features like Dynamic Actions, Interactive Grids, Collections, and RESTful Web Services.

- Perform performance tuning of both SQL queries and APEX applications to ensure optimal efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug APEX applications, database procedures, and ORDS configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, including query optimization and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in developing applications with Oracle APEX.

- Proficiency in building ORDS-based RESTful services for APEX and third-party integrations.

- Solid understanding of APEX components, including themes, templates, LOVs, and security features.

- Experience in SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and partitioning.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with APEX plug-ins, JSON, and RESTful services integration.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud security best practices.

- Exposure to DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Oracle APEX and PL/SQL certifications are a plus.
