Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key client projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects for Kreeyaa s clients, while adhering to high-quality standards and managing resources effectively. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, testers and clients, to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a background in IT, and experience working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations throughout the project.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts and dependencies.
- Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management and propose actionable solutions.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Track project progress against defined goals and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and present status reports, performance metrics, and other relevant project documentation to senior leadership and clients.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in an IT Services or technology-driven environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cloud services, and other IT service areas.
- Project Management Skills: Strong experience in managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to project challenges.
Preferred:
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree: IT, CS, Business, or a related field.
- Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivering results that meet business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor teams to achieve project goals.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
