Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels
Evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conducting initial phone screenings to assess their skills and experience
Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' knowledge and skills in relevant areas, such as programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies
Managing the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions
Creating and maintaining job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documentation
Strong understanding of technical positions and the skills required for them
