Job Description
Kredivo Group is looking for Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels
- Evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conducting initial phone screenings to assess their skills and experience
- Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' knowledge and skills in relevant areas, such as programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions
- Creating and maintaining job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documentation
- Strong understanding of technical positions and the skills required for them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
