Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating visually captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of media platforms, including digital, social media, television, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling, with the ability to bring concepts to life through motion.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create engaging and visually compelling motion graphics and animations for video, social media, advertisements, and other media formats.

- Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, to develop ideas and concepts for projects.

- Design and animate title sequences, lower thirds, transitions, and other motion elements.

- Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, and sound.

- Ensure that all motion design work aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in motion graphics and animation.

- Deliver high-quality projects on time, adhering to production timelines and quality standards.

- Provide feedback and support for junior designers, when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender or other relevant motion design and animation software.

- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and animation techniques.

- Experience in video editing and the ability to integrate motion graphics into live-action footage.

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Portfolio showcasing previous motion design work

- Knowledge of 3D animation, visual effects, and compositing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification of preferred Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.

- Experience with 3D modeling and animation (e.g., using Blender).

- Knowledge of coding or scripting (e.g., expressions in After Effects) is a plus.

- Experience in interactive design or designing for digital platforms.
