Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team on a full-time basis. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing educational videos, adding graphics and animations, ensuring the videos are visually appealing, clear, and in line with our educational objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Edit and assemble video content for a variety of educational courses and tutorials.

- Enhance videos with graphics, animations (like Lottie), and visual effects to improve engagement and clarity.

- Collaborate closely with the content team to understand the instructional goals and implement appropriate visual storytelling.

- Add subtitles, captions, and text overlays to improve accessibility.

- Ensure clear, professional-quality audio and manage any background music or voiceovers.

- Manage and organize multiple video editing projects, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.

- Optimize video content for various platforms including website, social media, and in-app distribution.

Required Skills :

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lottie for animations.

- Strong understanding of educational content and how to present it visually.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

- Knowledge of video optimization for different formats (online, social media, etc.).

- Understanding of video codecs and compression techniques.

- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content.

- Knowledge of AI voiceover tools and techniques for integrating AI-generated voices into videos.

- Familiarity with AI-based video editing tools and techniques to streamline and enhance the editing process.

Qualifications :

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor, preferably in an educational or e-learning environment.

- A portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, including graphics and animations (Lottie or similar).

- Familiarity with the educational content structure and its delivery methods is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
