Key Requirements :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and scalable front-end applications.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices in JavaScript, React, and front-end architecture.

- Lead the adoption of modern tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and performance.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, SCSS).

- Deep understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or alternatives.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

- Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Babel, and modern build pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
