Job Description :

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the graphic design process for our IT services and solutions, from research and prototyping to final design.

- Create visually compelling designs for social media marketing ads, posters, brochures, banners, and logos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the user experience.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions.

- Design and implement user interfaces that are visually consistent, easy to navigate, and

optimized for efficiency.

- Create detailed design documentation to guide the implementation of UI/UX solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the design process.

- Regularly report on design progress and key metrics to the Reporting Manager.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects that demonstrate user-centered design principles, workflow optimization, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in leading design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS PowerPoint

- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, along with familiarity in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, and

Premiere Pro, is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design

decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive design solutions.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills; capable of working efficiently in a paced, time-boxed environment.

- Ability to understand priorities and plan work accordingly.

- Enjoys working in agile environments, adapting quickly to changes.
