Support end to end recruitment for various departments within the institution.
Support in coordination and scheduling of interviews.
Sourcing and managing candidate database as per job requirements.
Timely updating of Recruitment and database tracker.
Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT and other teams to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
Ensure proper maintenance of all record management pertaining to Employees Personnel Files, communication and other letters during the employee.
Good Communication and understanding for various job roles.
Support in Faculty recruitment scheduling process and also database handling.
Support in maintenance of all employee databases.
Assisting with the Onboarding and exit formalities.
